Pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 30.10.2012 directing the respondents to reconsider the decision vide Memo dated 21.09.2011 and pass fresh order, the respondents stated to have passed orders.

Challenging the said decision, petitioner filed W.P.No.32371 of 2013.

In view of the subsequent events and filing of another Writ petition by the petitioner, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
