This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.1 under Sections 437 & 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to her in Crime No.892 of 2015 on the file of L.B. Nagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342, 326(A) and 307 r/w 34 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. In view of the nature of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to her. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file application for bail after committal of the case to the Court of Sessions.
