This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner - A1 seeking to relax the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool.

While granting bail to the petitioner, the learned Magistrate imposed a condition directing him to appear before the concerned SHO on every Wednesday between 9.00 am to 11.00 am till filing of charge sheet.

Heard.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the above condition is relaxed.
