In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioner/accused seeks to quash the proceedings in Crime No.943 of 2013 of L.B.Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, which was registered for the offences under Sections 419 & 420 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 13.6.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, L.B.Nagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that the case against petitioner/accused has been referred as 'Mistake of Fact' on 11.3.2014 and hence the same may be dismissed as infructuous. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
