HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.12768 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking compassionate appointment in the 1st respondent-organization since her husband who was employed therein had died on 10-01-2012. 3.

The respondents have filed counter affidavit stating that there was a ban on making appointments of this nature till 2013 and that ban is now being lifted and her case would be considered for appointment on compassionate grounds.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the candidate of the petitioner for appointment of the compassionate grounds within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
