THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.51 of 2013 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Dr. Justice Shameem Akther) This appeal, under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, is filed by the appellant/wife, aggrieved by the order and decree, dated 21.11.2012, passed in O.P.No.308 of 2010 by the learned Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad, whereby, the subject O.P. filed by the respondent/husband, under Section 13(1)(ia)(ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, was allowed and the marriage performed between the parties on 28.11.2004 was dissolved by way of decree of divorce.

Ms.Parismita Saikia, learned counsel representing Ms. Manjiri S. Ganu, learned counsel appearing for the appellant/wife, would submit that the subject matter of this appeal is settled by way of mediation. The letter, dated 28.09.2022, addressed by the Director (FAC), Mediation and Arbitration Centre, High Court for the State of Telangana, along with the Mediator's Report, dated 28.09.2022, and Memorandum of Understanding, dated 28.09.2022, entered

Dr.SA,J & NBK,J FCA.No.51 of 2013 into between the parties is placed before this Court. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this appeal. 4.

The said submissions and the letter, dated 28.09.2022, addressed by the Director (FAC), Mediation and Arbitration Centre, High Court for the State of Telangana, along with the Mediator's Report, dated 28.09.2022, and the Memorandum of Understanding, dated 28.09.2022, are taken on record.

Under these circumstances, all further proceedings in this appeal are closed.

Accordingly, the Family Court Appeal is disposed of. The Memorandum of Understanding, dated 28.09.2022, entered into between the parties to the litigation, shall form part of the decree. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
