This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A1 in Cr. No.39 of 2014 on the file of the Mahankali Police Station, Secunderabad.

At the time of arguments, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet in the said crime before the concerned court.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal petition is closed.
