This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No.194 of 2014 on the file of Nelakondapalli Police Station, Khammam District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the case was ended in acquittal on 26.08.2016 and prayed to dismiss the petition.

Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
