THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.13873 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in interfering with the manufacturing, sale and supply of the petitioner's bio-products as illegal and arbitrary.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
