HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.1495 OF 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in not giving posting to the petitioner as attendant-multipurpose, as arbitrary and illegal.

This Court vide order dated 24.1.2012 in WPMP No.1846 of 2012 directed the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner is stated to have been re-employed with effect from 2015.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
