HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.No.22917 of 2016 ORDER:
The writ petition is filed with the following prayer : " to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, that for any cancellation of mutation proceedings B/ROR/2570/2016, dated 31-03-2016 by the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 without due process of law, as illegal, arbitrary, unlawful, unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice." The Writ Petition is filed by petitioners on the apprehension that proceedings B/ROR/2570/2016, dated 3103-2016 in their favour will be cancelled on the basis of reporting in the Newspaper.
Not even notice is issued to petitioners for cancellation of proceedings B/ROR/2570/2016, dated 31-03-2016. In view of the same, I am not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. But, however, respondents are bound to issue notice to petitioners before any adverse action is taken against petitioners.
With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
