THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.3743 of 2002 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondent in not regularizing the services of the petitioner as Assistant Public Relation Officer as illegal and arbitrary. A consequential direction is also sought to direct to direct the respondent to regularize the services of the petitioner as Assistant Public Relation Officer by granting pay scale attached to that post with all attendant benefits and ancillary benefits. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the tenure of appointment of the petitioner on contract basis has been extended from time to time and salary is also paid and, in view of the same, no orders are necessary in the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
