Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue an order, direction or writ particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the orders passed in I.A.No.117 of 2016 in E.A.No.4 of 2016 in C.C.No.3 of 2014 by the District Consumer Forum, Srikakulam and against the provisions of the Settled Law and to set aside the same by recalling the Non-bailable warrants against the petitioners and close the E.A.No.4 of 2016 in view of the entire amount paid by the petitioners".

At the hearing, Mr.P.Ramachandran, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that W.P.No.22807 of 2016 filed by the petitioners against the wife of respondent No.1, was allowed by order dated 07.06.2018 and that the issues raised in both these writ petitions are identical.

Mr.Thota Tejeswara Rao, learned counsel for respondent No.1 has not disputed the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

In the light of order dated 07.06.2018 in W.P.No.22807 of 2016, this writ petition is also allowed, with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order. However, in view of the request made by the learned counsel for respondent No.1, we refrain from imposing costs on respondent No.1.

As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 are disposed of as infructuous.
