Petitioner, aggrieved by notification No.B.468/ 2015 dated 01.09.2015, on 01.10.2016, filed appeal before second respondent and it is stated at the time of hearing that the appeal filed on 01.10.2016 is pending before the second respondent. 2.

Since the petitioner has already availed the remedy of appeal, this Court is not inclined to examine the merits of the matter. For the present, it is sufficient to direct the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed on 01.10.2016 within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Liberty is given to petitioner to communicate copy of this order to the second respondent for expeditious disposal of the appeal.

The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
