HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.37823 of 2018 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that the respondents are not disposing of his representation dated 10-09-2018 for conducting survey and demarcation of land in Sy.No.13 admeasuring Ac.1.21 guntas situated at Bairagiguda Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

The petitioner filed WP.No.29608 of 2018 almost for the same relief and said writ petition was disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies available under law after considering all his representations, but learned counsel for the petitioner again made reference to representation dated 30-03-2018 received by the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, Ranga Reddy District on 11-04-2018, which aspect was considered by this Court in WP.No.29608 of 2018. As such, the petitioner cannot maintain the present writ petition again for the same relief.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file proper appeal, if he is aggrieved by the survey conducted earlier, to resort his grievance. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
