THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.887 OF 2016 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking grant of bail in S.C.No.79 of 2015, on the file of the Special Judge for Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act-cum-Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District, arising out of crime No.66 of 2015 on the file of the P.S., Pamidimukkala, Krishna District, registered for the offences under Sections 376(2((f)(i)(n) read with 375(d) IPC and Section 6 read with 5(c)(f)(l)(m) and read with 3(d) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegations against the petitioner herein are very serious in nature. Further, in addition to the victim girl in the present complainant, there are so many persons stated the misbehaviour of the petitioner/accused and as such, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein. The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed.
