The petitioners pray for mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in preventing them from running clinic at premises bearing No.23-4-562, Sultan Shahi, Charminar, Hyderabad as illegal and unconstitutional.

The Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that the third respondent filed charge sheet against the petitioners in C.C.No.336 of 2013 and the case ended in acquittal. 4.

For the above reasons and in view of changed circumstances, the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ prayer. 5.

The Writ Petition is dismissed for default.
