THE HON'BLE MS.JUSTICE J.UMA DEVI CONTEMPT CASE NO.2797 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 for their willful disobedience and violation of status quo order, dated 28.01.2017 and extended from time to time in I.A.No.74 of 2016 in O.S.No.14 of 2016 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-VII Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Medak District at Sangareddy,.

Learned counsels of both sides present. It is reported by them that an award was passed by the Lok Adalat on 14.07.2018 by virtue of an undertaking given by the petitioners/plaintiffs in O.S.No.239 of 2007 stating that they undertake not to claim any rights over the suit schedule property in future against the defendants.

Noting the afore mentioned representation of the counsels on record and the contents of the Lok Adalat No.412 of 2018, dated 14.07.2018, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this contempt case is closed.
