THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.398 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

At the admission stage, the petition is ordered as follows: The Order dated 08.01.2015 passed by VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, is modified to the extent that instead of depositing an amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, the petitioner/appellant/accused is directed to deposit Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy five Thousand only) within one month from the date of this Order before the Trial Court. Out of the said amount, if the petitioner already deposited Rs.30,000/-, as per the Orders dated 19.12.2014 in Criminal Petition No.2128 of 2014 passed by the learned III Special Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, he shall deposit the balance amount of Rs.45,000/-(Rupees Forty Five Thousand) alone within one month from the date of this order. The order of learned VIII Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, in other aspects, shall hold good.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
