The relief sought for in this writ petition is to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in visiting the house of the petitioner and demanding auto rickshaw bearing No.AP 13 W 4905 without any notice or summon and without following due process of law as illegal and arbitrary.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions stated that there was no necessity for the police to call for the petitioner or to direct her to produce the vehicle, as the entire investigation is completed.
Recording the said submission, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
