Bhaskar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner - accused, under the instructions of the petitioner through his letter dated 22.09.2018, addressed a letter dated 24.09.2018 to the Registry requesting to list the matter for withdrawal. The aforesaid letters are taken on record and permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The aforesaid letters shall form part of the record.
