Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though an application under Form-VI (A) was submitted on 21.11.2015 for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds in respect of the land in Survey No.455, admeasuring Ac.3-35 guntas and Survey No.568 admeasuring Ac.0-26 guntas situated at Gouravelli Village of Husnabad Revenue Mandal, Karimnagar District, the fourth respondent has not acted upon the said application till date.

3. Learned counsel on either side submits that the matter is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.37635 of 2014 and batch.

4. This court by a Common order dated 12.12.2014, disposed of W.P.No.37635 of 2014 and batch, observing as follows:

"The petitioners have submitted the Applications in Form VI (A) on 15.07.2013 to the recording authority, the Tahsildar, Varadaiahpalem Mandal, the 4th respondent herein. Therefore, the 4th respondent shall deal with the Applications of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders, within a maximum period of three months, at any rate, before the end of March, 2015."

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's application in Form VI(A) submitted on 21.11.2015 and pass appropriate

orders thereon, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
