Heard. Perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.381 of 2011 on the file of the VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision, which is filed challenging the order passed in an appeal that was filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CRP, shall stand closed.
