Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. With the consent of parties, the Writ Petition is being disposed of at the stage of admission.

The petitioner was appointed as a fair price shop dealer at Chalmada Village, Munugodu Mandal, Nalgonda District. The shop of the petitioner was inspected on 19.02.2015 though he was on leave for two months and no variation was found at the time of inspection. Thereafter, the second respondent issued a notice, dated 24.02.2015, levelling two charges against the petitioner, to which the petitioner submitted his explanation on 10.03.2015. After receipt of explanation, the impugned order of suspension was passed by the second respondent on 12.03.2015. As enquiry was not completed within the prescribed period of 90 days, the present Writ Petition is filed. The order of suspension has been in operation since 12.03.2015 and temporary arrangements have been made in respect of supply of essential commodities.

In view of pendency of enquiry, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order of suspension. However, the second respondent is directed to complete enquiry, by giving due opportunity to the petitioner, and pass final orders, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs. _______________________________ A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO,J
