THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT C.C.No.2730 of 2018 ORDER:

Having seen the totality of circumstances and also reply of respondent Nos.4 and 5, this Court is not pursuaded to continue to enquire into the alleged disobedience complained against respondent Nos.4 and 5. It is suffice to observe that against any communication, the remedies available to the petitioner are preserved. All the grounds in this behalf can be raised in properly instituted writ proceedings.

With the above observation, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
