Sri Maheswara Rao Kunchem, learned counsel for the petitioner, under the instructions of the petitioner - accused, addressed a letter dated 10.12.2018 to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to list the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal' on the ground that the main case itself was disposed of.

Based on the aforesaid letter, the matter is listed today under the caption "for withdrawal."

Hence, permission is accorded, and, accordingly, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The aforesaid letter dated 10.12.2018 shall form part of the record.
