RespondenUComplainant Petition under Section 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioner/Accused No. 1 on bail in connection with Crime No. 151 of 2018 on the file of lll Town Police Station, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District and to pass.

ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.1, for grant of bail in Crime No.151 of 2018 of Nellore lll Town Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 468,471 and 420 read with 34 of l.P.c., 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.

lt is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/A.1 was remanded to judicial custody on 08.08.2018. lt appears from the record that major part of investigation is completed. The petitioner/A.1 is being prosecuted for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 468, 471 and 420 read with 34 of l.P.C., along with the other accused in this crime. Having regard to the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner/A.1 and the material collected so far,

this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner/A.1 under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the petitioner/A.1 is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand I l only) with two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mobile Court, Nellore. After release on bail, the petitioner/A.1 shall repod before the Station House Officer, Nellore lll Town Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, on every Wednesday and Sunday between 09:00 AM and 10:00 AM, till filing of the charge-sheet.
