THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.913 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.97 of 2014 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Nizamabad, and transfer the same to the Court of the Judge, Family Court, Sangareddy, Sangareddy District. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of filing the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
