This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not taking any action against respondent No.3 for proceeding with the construction in Survey No.141 of Sivareddypet Village, Vikarabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without obtaining any permission, as illegal and arbitrary.

Mr.E.Venkataiah, learned Counsel representing Mr.Vijay B.Paropkari, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
