HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2734 of 2018 ORDER:

The Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 05.06.2018 passed by this Court in WP.No.18300/2018 which was extended on 02.08.2015 until further orders. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents placed a letter dated 27.10.2018 stating that by oversight Letter of Intent (LOI) dated 13.09.2018 was issued and that the same was cancelled.

None appears for the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Standing Counsel and also in view of the letter dated 27.10.2018, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
