The Criminal Revision Case coming on for hearing, upon perusing the memorandum of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Dr. Eunice Lalunmawii Chongthu, Party-in-Person, as a petitioner, and the Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1, and Sri. A. Surender Goud, Advocate for the Respondent No.2, the Court made the following "The respondent is directed to produce the salary certificate and other income certificates, if any, and also the Bank Statement to substantiate that he is regularly paying an amount of Rs.11,000/- as maintenance, to the petitioner herein.
