Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to take appropriate steps to defend the petitioner in the proposed disciplinary enquiry.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, this will not preclude the respondents from completing enquiry initiated against the petitioner within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
