ORDER

This criminal petition under sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioners-A1 and A2 seeking to grant bail in connection with Cr.No.11 of 2015 of Pedabayalu Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(b)(1) of NDPS Act.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. It is alleged that on 17.04.2015, on information, the police officials rushed to Aradaudem village and found two persons with plastic gunny bags containing 340 Kgs of ganja for the purpose of illegal transportation.

4. Since the contraband seized from the possession of the accused is a commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to them.
