The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondentPolice are not taking action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 04-10-2018 filed against respondents 6 to 8.

2. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

3. The Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh1, laid down certain guidelines in respect to registration of FIRs. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 4 and 5 to follow the guidelines laid down in the Apex Court judgment of Lalitha Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and take action on the complaint dated 04-10-2018 filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
