THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.4191 OF 2015 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition with liberty to file appropriate suit, as he intends to file separately in view of the subsequent developments.

Permission is, accordingly, accorded.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. It is needless to observe that the proposed suit, as and when it is filed by the petitioners, shall be disposed of on its own merits without being influenced by any observations made in I.A.No.853 of 2014. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
