Learned counsel for petitioners seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty as mentioned in the letter dated 13.06.2018.

For the reasons mentioned in the letter dated 13.06.2018, liberty is granted to withdraw the writ petition. However, if any fresh cause of action arises only, petitioners are entitled to such liberty. It is also open to petitioners to work out their remedies. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
