Petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner has filed an appeal before the 1st respondent challenging the order dt.02-09-2014 of the 2nd respondent under Section 7(2) of the Andhra Pradesh (SC, ST & BCs) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificates Act, 1993 on 09-09-2015 and the 1st respondent has not taken any action for disposal of the said appeal even though 10 months have elapsed since then.

2. Learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare appearing for respondents, states that the 1st respondent will consider the petitioner's appeal and pass appropriate orders within two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal and pass appropriate orders within two

(02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

4. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
