HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.18118, 18694, 21490 AND 21830 OF 2002 COMMON ORDER:

In all these writ petitions, the petitioners sought relief to consider their cases for the posts of helper/sweeper/paricharika etc., in the 1st respondent-Sri Bhramaramba Mallikharjuna Swamy Devasthanam, Srisailam, without insisting their names being sponsored from employment exchange.

At the time of admission, this Court granted interim orders in all these writ petitions to consider the cases of the petitioners for selection process for the above said posts, without insisting their names being sponsored from employment exchange.

As the selections pertain to the year, 2002, these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the aforesaid interim orders granted by this Court.

Accordingly, all these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
