This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.331 of 2014 of Narsampet Police Station, Warangal District. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the police investigated into the matter and filed charge sheet. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law.
