O R D E R

Against the proceedings No.E/ 2042/ 2018 dated 03.08.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, Huzurabad, in rejecting the application of the petitioner for conversion of subject land from agriculture to non-agriculture use, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Admittedly, as submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, against the impugned order, appeal is provided under Section 8 of A.P. Agricultural Land (Conversion for Non-Agricultural Purposes) Act, 2006, to the Joint Collector.

In view of the same, writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy of appeal under the above said Act.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
