The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the respondents have withdrawn the notification impugned in the writ petition and further issued a fresh notification, appointed dealers in terms thereof and for all purposes the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

By placing on record the statement of the Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
