Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing counsel would submit that the subject matter of the writ petition concerns tender process initiated on 07.01.2014. The tenders were finalized and contracts were already awarded. Therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive due to efflux of time.

Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
