THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 10865 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that she made an application for mutation of her name in the revenue records with respect to the property over an extent of Ac.1-82 cents in Survey No.90/1 of Amaravathi village and mandal, Guntur district. The 4th respondent-Tahsildar had taken the application on file and, in fact, had commenced proceedings and also issued notice on 12.12.2014. Though three months have passed, no further progress is made. Hence, the writ petition.

2. Considering the request of the petitioner and considering the fact that the 4th respondent had already commenced enquiry, as is evidenced by notice dated 12.12.2014, the 4th respondent-Tahsildar is directed to complete the process within a period of four months from today.

3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. _____________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 17th April, 2015 ksm
