When the matter is taken up, written instructions dated 22.10.2018 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, II Town Police Station, Siddipet are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions read as under:
"One Mr.Bala Narsu/5th respondent herein has approached the Police of II Town Police Station and lodged a complaint on 8.10.2018 requesting to initiate action against 1) Narra Narasimha Reddy, 2) Narra Sunil Reddy and 3) Yellakanti Sushma (petitioner herein) 4) Annari Balaram and 5) Konda Satish as they taken amount for registration of land but did not do so.
Upon receipt of the said complaint, an entry was made into the Station General Diary after enquiry action will be taken. Since the dispute of the complainant is purely civil in nature and accordingly, after conducting preliminary enquiry into the petition, advised him to seek his redressal in a competent court of law. As of now, no case whatsoever was registered against any one.
It is submitted that the allegation of the petitioner that this respondent police summoned the petitioner over phone and accordingly, the petitioner's uncle visited the police station and this respondent instructed advised him to settle the issue with the 5th respondent and alienate the land in favour of the 5th respondent is absolutely false, baseless and hence denied. In this regard, it is humbly submitted that to know the veracity in the contents of the complaint of the 5th respondent herein, enquired the matter over phone to the petitioner but not summoned to the police station as alleged.
It is submitted that all the allegations made by the petitioner herein are false, baseless, concocted and invented for the purpose of filing the present writ petition.
It is pertinent to submit that to prevent the police from taking any action of the complaint of the 5th respondent herein, the petitioner rushed to this Hon'ble Court and filed the present writ petition with untenable and baseless allegations. It is humbly submitted that no case whatsoever was registered against the petitioner herein so far and she is not at all required in any case. This respondent never interfered with the civil disputes muchless the dispute of the petitioner herein."

On noticing the said instructions, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to dispose of the writ petition by placing on record the said instructions.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of, by placing on record the above said instructions dated 22.10.2018 furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, II Town Police Station, Siddipet. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
