HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4654 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused No.5 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.79 of 2015 on the file of Alipiri Police Station, Tirupathi Urban, Chittoor District, registered for the offences under Sections 3(1)(a), 4(1), 5(1)(a) and 7(1)(b) of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 and 376(D), 386, 342, 419 and 324 read with 34 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. A perusal of the record discloses that taking advantage that the victim lady being a prostitute, the petitioner, along with another, forcibly committed rape on her by posing themselves as Police Officials. In view of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
