HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1484 of 2014 ORDER:

This Revision is directed against the order in I.A.No.237 of 2013 in I.A.No.155 of 2009 through which the learned trial Judge, has granted police protection to plaintiffs/respondents.

At the time of hearing the learned counsel for the plaintiffs/respondents, submits that the C.M.A., filed against the order in I.A.No.155 of 2009 is dismissed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Mahabubnagar. As the interim injunction granted by the trial court is in force, I do not see any illegality or irregularity in the findings recorded by the learned trial Judge, for granting police protection to the respondents herein.

Having regard to the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
