Bhosale) The petitioner in this contempt case has alleged disobedience of the order, dated 18.11.2014, passed by this Court in W.A.No.507 of 2006.

We are informed by learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the Supreme Court has entertained S.L.P. against this order and granted an interim stay of the order dated 18.11.2014. This submission of learned counsel for the respondent is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view thereof, the contempt case is disposed of as non maintainable.
