HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY C.R.P.No.2347 OF 2015 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the in action of Judge, Family Court, Ongole, in deciding F.C.O.P.No.57 of expeditiously.

It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that on account of pendency of F.C.O.P. since 2012, the petitioner could not prosecute the other proceedings and the same is causing inconvenience to him. Therefore, the Judge, Family Court, Ongole may be directed to decide the matter expeditiously.

Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this civil revision petition is disposed of directing the Judge, Family Court, Ongole, to decide F.C.O.P.No.57 of 2012 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
