Heard both sides.

There is nothing to interfere with the impugned order, but for granting four weeks time to pay all the arrears from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Failing which, the Court can take further recourse. Needless to say, any defence of the tenant effecting the utility from the alleged dumping of the material opposite to the premises, from which the claim of such a rent is not liable to be paid, such remedy is left open to maintain such petition if filed to decide on own merits by considering the counter claim, if any, which are no way come in the way to avoid rent payable. The trial Court shall make every endeavour to early disposal of the suit. 3.
With the above direction, the revision is disposed of. 4.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
