THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.34059 of 2014 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not carrying out investigation by arresting the accused in FIR No.1293 of 2014 dated 30.10.2014 on the file of Banjara hills Police station, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad though crime is registered under section 3 (i) (x) of SC/STs (POA) Act, 1989 and Sec.506 of IPC and further action of the police in harassing the petitioner by requiring him to attend the police station of 4th respondent in the name of enquiry/investigation and there by preventing him from attending his daily works as illegal and arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 of the Constitution of India and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 brought to the notice of this Court that pursuant to registration of F.I.R.No.1293 of 2014, dated 30.10.2014, investigation was completed and a final report was filed referring the case as 'false' on 06.06.2015 before the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.
